Shadel is the founder of Rural Real Estate with over 25 years experience in the real estate sector both as agent and a long established property lawyer.
She brings extensive legal expertise and real estate knowledge to the team. She is also the Managing Director of the family organic farm Belmont Estate and is an advocate of sustainable farming, community employment and development and healthy country living.
Shadel has had many successful property sales and is also experienced in large property projects.

Phebe Paul Joseph
Phebe has over 26 years experience in the property sector with extensive knowledge of real estate law, real property sales and rentals along with facilities management.
She also possesses immense local business and community knowledge and is a longstanding member of the Belmont group of companies management team.

Jefferson Parris
Jefferson joins RRE bringing a wealth of financial and customer service knowledge. He has over 14 years business experience working with the Government of Grenada and top commercial companies.
Jeff also has an excellent understanding of property taxes and land prices and possesses a great knowledge of the island's business operations and experience of working within our communities islandwide.
