Shadel is the founder of Rural Real Estate with over 25 years experience in the real estate sector both as agent and a long established property lawyer.
She brings extensive legal expertise and real estate knowledge to the team.
Shadel is also the Managing Director of the family organic farm Belmont Estate and is an advocate of sustainable farming, community employment and development and healthy country living. Shadel has had many successful property sales and is also experienced in large property projects.​

She has in-depth knowledge of Grenada, it’s people and culture and substantial understanding of the property market on the island. Shina studied in the UK and is familiar with international business.
